WASHINGTON: Republican presidential candidate Fred Thompson took a surprising
lead in the polls over rivals Rudolph Guiliani and John McCain, receiving 37%
"favorable" or "mostly favorable" ratings from potential voters.
The poll, conducted by Biometrics & Synclectics Inc, asked 2,000
frozen embryos to register on an EEG monitor as they were given
agree/disagree questions about each candidate.
The results were not statistically significant.
