WASHINGTON (state, not DC): A large explosion by a delivery truck
transferring propane to a storage tank is still unsolved
hours after the event, although investigators have ruled out terrorism.
The driver, 64 year old Charles McDonald is in critical condition. The
explosion of about 8000 gallons of propane was seen and felt miles away.
