WASHINGTON: Resident Bush is not appealing, but IS appealing
a court ruling that says white house visitor logs are public
documents and must be released.
Based on "separation of powers" (a phrase which does NOT occur
in the constitution), Bush layers have argued that the visitor
logs are covered by "executive privilege," a term made up out
of Republican whole cloth during the Nixon administrivia.
Some have speculated that Bush does not want the records released
because it would show that former Talon News whore Jeff Gannon
visited the white house on days when there were no press
conferences.
When reached for comment, senator Larry Craig said "I am not gay."
