OUTSIDE HOUSTON, TX: The Perseid meteor shower "unquestionably
proves" Barack Obama was born in Kenya, says dentist and chief
birther Orly Taitz.
Meteor showers are viewed with religious awe in
Western Africa, claims the California real estate agent, and Obama's
birthday is August 4, 1961. Since women wanted their children born
under the most auspicious stars, anyone born around the time of the
Perseids must be from Kenya.
The US Congress passed a resolution honoring all Americans born in
August, but that didn't stop Fox News and CNN from discussing the
matter with Taitz and other birthers. Even Glenn Beck was
uncustomarily reticent to speak out against the extreme right.
"Hmm," said the host of The Glenn Beck Amateur Hour, appearing on Lou
Dobbs Tonight.
